Dr. Jan Zeff will provide one nutrition consultation for optimal sports
performance and better healthy living. A doctor of chiropractic, a certified
sports practitioner and a certified clinical nutritionist, she has treated
patients from infancy to 99 who have a variety of musculoskeletal and
nutritional concerns. She has been in practice for 26 years and has twice been
voted best chiropractor in Santa Cruz. Dr. Jan, as many of her patients call
